Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability and must also be requested within the 14-day return window.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
