Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:

Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability and must also be requested within the 14-day return window.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
