Uniview Manufacturer Warranty

All Uniview camera and recording products sold by Voltz Electronics include a manufacturer-backed warranty provided by UNV Technology USA LLC (Uniview).

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to Uniview’s official warranty terms and conditions.

Typical Uniview Warranty Coverage

While warranty terms may vary by product and model, Uniview warranties generally include:

  • IP Cameras (IPC): Up to 3–5 years

  • PTZ Cameras: Up to 5 years

  • Network Video Recorders (NVRs): Up to 5 years

Warranty duration may vary by product line. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for confirmation.


What the Manufacturer Warranty Covers

The Uniview manufacturer warranty typically covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware failures under normal operating conditions

  • Eligible repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation

  • Misuse, abuse, or modification

  • Power surges, lightning, or environmental damage

  • Normal wear and tear
